Ugh, I can't even accurately express with words how much I despise "always online" products. I move around regularly due to work and I often find myself without an Internet connection for weeks at a time. If these "sources" are to be believed, Microsoft is planning to sell me a product that will refuse to work if my lifestyle doesn't fit within their standard exactly. Not happy, Jan!
@idosofacility You can dodge. Pressing X+A (on the 360) will make Raiden leap backwards. Pressing X+A and left or right on the R-Analog stick will make Raiden dodge in either of those directions. And as for parrying, it's simply a matter of mastering the timing through repetition and your muscle memory will eventually take over for you.

Everyone knows that video games are the root of all evil and that the world once upon a time was a bright and magical utopia filled with nothing but sane, respectable and well-adjusted people, puppies, kittens, rainbows and so much love that it was literally the only thing that could make you sick. Then someone had to go and invent Pong and ruined everything!
Awesome. I pre-ordered the game specifically because of this character, but I've already begun my first playthrough with the Siren, so I'll wait until my second run to roll the Mechromancer. Looking forward to it!

@hellkazaONE If they were referring to Frostbite 2.0 they would have just said "running on Frostbite 2.0" and not "New gaming technology". They were deliberately being vague because whatever tech they're using isn't known to the public yet.
