Well I have to correct you here. Pandemic and Lucasarts broke ties with eachother when Pandemic was purchased by EA. It was at around that same time when LucasArts partnered with Free Radical, which caused alot of obvious speculation that it would be Free Radical Developing SWBFIII.

So right now on Free Radical's website (http://www.frd.co.uk/game6/pressRelease.php), it is listed as merely a Secret Project. And back in July, SWBFIII appeared on Amazon.com listed for 360, PS3, PS2, DS, PSP, and Wii, and that same day the listing was removed (probably by LucasArts), so I'm about 100% certain there will be a 3rd, they just aren't ready to officially reveal it yet. Its probably being developed as we speak
