I've never tried it, so I cannot tell you the exact steps.
However, try this:
1) Change country to United Kingdom (not USA, I was just assuming) 2) Restart Xbox 3) Turn on, connect to Xbox Live 4) Insert game
Hopefully this will work for you! Again, I have not tried the solution ... I only gathered an answer.

Doesn't hurt to try IMO. but to your info, that thing worked for me! I just tried it, changing from Denmark to United Kingdom, worked right away, BUT I was on live so, might just be that
There's a response I found from another thread, which states:
"If you change your location to United Kingdom in the Xbox system settings, all the menues and text in the game will be in English. I had the same problem."
I'm guessing you can change it to USA, or Canada as well, and get the same effect. Apparently this is the only way to change the text ... bad development on Ubisoft's side.

Someone should totally have told me that BEFORE I completed the game XD.. I always play games on english, but for some reason, the game was in my native tongue(Danish).. And I tell you.. we SUCK at translating xD.. So I ran through the WHOLE game, ignoring all the text etc.. xD.. Well anywho, Thanks for the heads up! Am gonna do this next time I play it ^^!
