LA Noire, and Skyrim. Gears of War 3 would be up there too but I haven't played the second yet. Need to get to that.

There are probably a hundred different games that fall into this category, you seem to have a particular problem with Vanquish though. Whats your beef man?

A complete stranger I had no history with said to me" I will stick your tuna where the sun don't shine if you don't play me in black ops." I don't even have black ops.

Enchanted Arms.

my friend who loves JRPG's hated it so much, he just gave it to me. I don't really care for the genre, but I'll still play one if im really really bored of everything else.

nope, not that one. after 10 minutes of hearing that one character go "OHHHHH TORAH!!" over and over again I was ready to dispose of the game with a shotgun. I restrained, and traded it the next day lol

My thoughts exactly :(

I couldn't get past the first level, it was so boring and the characters were god awful.

I think both Mass Effects are more Story Driven 3rd Person Shooters than an RPG. Very fun games.

BTW, what did you hate about DAO? I'm about 10 hours into it.

MrBelveder06

For whatever reason I couldn't get into the story. I found that there was too much dialogue and it bored me. The combat was horrible also. I might give it another try later on, but for now I am looking for something that can hold my interest a little better. Hopefully Mass Effect will do that.

I have a question about the two games. I was told that they are very similar and have the same exact technical problems. Now, I hated DAO, but I love RPGs and want to ggive ME a shot. Are they really that similar? How do they differ?

Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Bioshock are my favorites just because the world they belonged to had me so immersed and obsessed, and the stories are awesome. Also there is so much freedom in Oblivion and F3.
