I have complete faith that 343 Studios (has done and) will do a great job with the Halo franchise! Simply from the fact that most of the studio's designers were fans of the series BEFORE they ever worked on a title. It's a team of designers, artists, and engineers that know from first hand experience what the community (and they themselves would) want in a new Halo game! Considering that the Halo franchise has been and continues to be Microsofts leading franchise I'm certain that they will do everything in their power (which they have TON$ of) to make sure that this game everything the community hopes it to be. Microsoft and 343 Studios know that if this game were to fail (as much as Reach) everyone would lose faith in 343 Studios and there would be no future for the Halo franchise!
Return of the King was a great game! (one of the few movie-based games that has passed the benchmark as a AAA game) So despite peoples' concerns I have hope for this game. If the story is intriguing it will be great!
In earlier comparisons, depending on the game it was obvious which system looked better; however as time has gone on...each system has been pushed to improve its graphics. And now I would say that graphics comparisons between the 360 and the PS3 are nigh useless! The two systems are so similar that it is only the most insane who would declare one system "better" than the other. In most cases the largest difference between the two is the lighting, in some cases the 360 is darker, and in other it is lighter. Likewise it is useless to hold such bias and animosity. We're all "gamers" here...no matter which system you prefer, when all is said and done, we all enjoy good, quality games. The one good outcome of bias...strong competition! GOTTA LOVE THE FREE MARKET! :D
I am so extremely tired of people saying, "everyone knows that the PS3 is way better than the 360! Just look at the graphics". HERE IS YOUR COMPARISON...as you can see they are so close you can't make a claim that one is WAY better than the other. (But just out of curiosity I would like to see them compare the 360 at it's best to the PS3 at it's best! A lot of the time on these "cross-platform games" they don't achieve that systems full potential.)
