@unam10122 There's a huge difference between a kiddie online playroom and a full fledged online service. Until Nintendo take online services seriously they'll never be a player with "hardcore" gamers.
@gobberpooper @Undietaker No offence but I hope for your sake you're not an adult cause that is so incredibly simplistic it's not even funny.
I can't rent/buy a house from the US in Australia - cost of living.
I can't buy my groceries from the US in Australia - costing of living.
I can't get insurance for my car from the US in Australia - cost of living.
I CAN buy a console from the US and ship it to Australia if I choose. And THAT is where Sony is shooting themselves in the foot. Case in point, Wii U in Australia? $349... That's competitive pricing. 360 when it came out was from memory $150 more here than the US. Sony and Sony only in the console market insist on screwing Australia.
@gobberpooper @Undietaker Taking half the equation when considering the economy isn't too bright. Cost of living is also double making wage a moot point.
Electronics however can be bought from anywhere, so Sony pricing one region at an absurb level is stupid and loses customers, just like it did with the PS3.
