I bought the Behringer UMX 49-Key MIDI Controller. I got Ableton Live Lite 4 for free. 2 things...

  1. Does anybody here knows how to operate Ableton?
  2. Ultimate-guitar.com is for guitars, What about for keyboards?

Depends on what type of piano you're trying to sound like (acoustic grand, electric grand, Fender Rhodes, etc).  I love the Rhodes sound on there, but sooner or later I'm gonna try tracking down a better acoustic grand sound.IsThisIt_basic

what about the standard FL Keys?

Hey guys could you help me? I'm thinking of buying MicroKorg Analog Modeled Synth/Vocoder as my MIDI controller. I know there are hundreds more out there that do better and easier jobs but this is the only thing I could find and the cheapest. Now that question is IS THIS COMPATIBLE WITH FL STUDIO 6?!"

Which fruity effects should be mixed for drum kits for it to have a "natural" sound?

For sure man, this is easy.  First off, make sure you save the VST to your VST folder (Image-Line->Fruity Loops->Plugins->VST's), or, if you've already saved them somewhere else, use Windows Explorer to find the file and move it to the VST folder.  Then, in FL6, just go to Channels -> Add One -> More.  This opens a window with a list of all your VST's, and just scroll to the bottom and click the "Refresh" button, which will search for any new VST's you might've installed.  Now you can find and use your new VST's through the Channels -> Add One menu.  Still not entirely sure how to make them appear in your VST folder in FL6, but this works fine, so it's no problem ...IsThisIt_basic
