I like the way that no where in the article does it say that the older modeled PSP have no problems playing downloaded games, too. And I have a feeling that their little benchmark test is showing the load times comparing UMD games to Dowloaded games; which isn't a valid comparison. There is nothing stopping anyone from buying Digital Content for a PSP 3000. So what is it with there conclusion... It makes no sense: "Outside of form-factor benefits, new PSP Go owners have a lot to look forward to: Minis, comics, PlayStation Network content, and an all-digital delivery service. Existing PSP owners have a much tougher proposition in front of them, since the cost of upgrading will be quite steep once you factor in both hardware and software."
What's this? A discussion of PC versus the console? Console has one huge thing going for it that the PC is slowly and surely losing: Game Developers. Consoles have become the "favorite son", for Game developers.... Blame it on profits, piracy or whatever, but the console is winning them over.
