Just tell her all your friends have it. It worked for me when I wanted GTA SA. I was nearly 14 but here it's rated MA15+ so I wasn't far off the right age anyway.
My current favourite song is Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden. I don't have an all time favourite though, and I don't think I ever will.Here's the vid.
