I have had to send my unit in twice...I am waiting to get the next one they are planning to send me. I hope that this one works...and for good this time! I think that the life-time guarantee is a great idea. Hopefully Sony will care for their consumers enough to do so. But sadly, I really doubt they'll do it. We can only hope they will. My fingers are crossed. All-in-all, when the thing works, it's great. But when it doesn't...at times it didn't seem worth it. Sad but true. Peace.
