I'll be getting them both, though not sure which first... Honestly, the childish mud slinging is part of the show... Sony, Nintendo and MS are capable of being multi-billion dollar companies and crusty little biitches with a skinned knee at the same time.

@wexorian its just that consoles are their own ecosystem ofmillions of gamers who fill gamestop daily for cheap used games... i doubt that a move of that magnitude will take on one console if the others dont follow suit.

@wexorian @TheEroica no doubt that all companies involved in gamibg want used and pirated games to be obliterated, but no company would be so stupid to do it all at once. It will happen eventually of course but not so swiftly. What actual market would a console of that feature set axtually appeal to? No one at all....

I cant believe you clowns actually believe this.... the "no used games" alone should give it away that this is a nonsense rumor.... i dont know what console ill get first next gen but i seriously doubt any company is actively working on commiting business suicide... if so then wow, an 8 year old can offer better advice than those working at these companies.

@Mariner32 @TheEroica sure... it can mean a lot of things, but i feel it most often represents a license to mimick what is drawing in the most gamers at the time. Cover systems and perks and leveling up etc... i just dont see why the original gameplay and scope of the original resevil was so bad? And who eaxactly asked for it to become a modern day shooter clone? I just want to play a resident evil again... where the bullets are scarce and the environment bleeds. It gives separation between playing games... an identity. Now its a frankensteined husk.... sigh

I hate when they say,"preserve what it is and make it accessible to new players". Why cant it just BE WHAT IT IS? Saying accessible to new players is like taking a license to sterilize what makes the game great and bastardize it into whats popular.

@BamaGoatt @TheEroica hey man, Im not trying to take a dump in your love for all things sony, but despite the quality of sone sony products they dont project themselves as industry leaders anymore. They instead ride a wave of safety and they position themselves as the afterthoughts

Honestly, his comment about letting the competition go first is exactly why sony is drowning. They dont lead... theyre the copycat company and it takes luster off tueir products.
