However, I've not played ESO since launch. What makes the gameplay there so inferior to wow?

Surely it's time for WoW 2. The engine is just so old and decrepit. Low re textures, clipping everywhere, jerky animations.

It's very hard to play a game like Elder Scrolls Online and then go back to stare at WoW these days.

@Furwings Personally, I am absolutely loving the remastered versions (Last of Us, Tomb Raider, Sleeping Dogs). It's allowed me to discard my 360 and focus purely on the PS4. $60 is a bit steep though. I'll certainly pick up SD on ebay or something once the price falls though.
