[QUOTE="Zoso-8"]Sounds like wishful thinking to me. Just because the same game engine can be used doesn't mean FFXIII will be on the 360...ever.kostmpekir

Everything points it will be, Suqrae supports 360 now

Then, by this logic, the Wii, DS and PSP will also get FF XIII. You're not going to convince anyone here that's it's going to 360 with out some tangible evidence/proof.

Crystal Tools is also announced for Wii, onoez?

FF7, FF8 are just as much "multiplat" as FFVI on the GBA is multiplat with the SNES, i.e. remakes.

Final Fantasy 11? Is that even legitimate?

kostmpekir

Read the links i gave, they are targeting PC, 360 and PS3, that is their statement, and said will have SOME Wii support, but FF13 will be on PS3-360-PC, their main "targets" as they announced

But they didn't announce FF XIII to be targeted on PS3-360 and PC, it's still a PS3 exclusive.

I think both PS3 and 360 will end up with exclusives and multi-plats. I don't care if 360 gets FF XIII or not but I do agree that SE would make more money from doing it.(just look at GTAIV)

Eponique

But it allows them to concentrate more on the quality of the game on the PS3, rather than trying to equalize the quality on both systems, this will also allow more time for testing. It's higher quality products at cheaper development costs.

Last Remnant is probably vapourware anyway, a shame, it looked interesting.

I agree.

Last Remnant is vapor ware?

I'm not surprised by the statement, considering Gametrailers said that MGS for PSone was one of the best games.... I think it comes down to the person that's reviewing the game and how much love they have for it or the series. Never the less, that's a huge statement to live up to and I hope I enjoy it as much as I have the others. I do have to admit, when I see that statement, it makes me get both hyped and cautious at the same time.

Hyped with excitement to play it and cautious that I may be disappointed if it's not the greatest game of all time.(to me)

I think in terms of scale, immersion and content, Oblivion is still the best game this generation. I think the only game that comes close is GTA IV.

Uncharted wasn't a very long game for me as it took me roughly 10 hours to complete. I missed a treasure here and there. I thoroughly enjoyed this game from beginning to end, but I was a little disappointed by the ending in how easy it was compared to the rest of the game.

Uncharted was the most beautiful game I have played thus far. There were so many times I just sat there in awe while my eyes were bleeding. Ok, that's exaggerating a little but it's beautiful none the less. I don't think the replay value is there for me, because as soon as I was done with it, I was on to my next game. I do think the replay value is there in coming back to the game to do it all over again though.

Bioshock was mentioned... I loved every minute of that game too. I can safely say I enjoyed it more than Uncharted and in no way was it over rated for me. Quite simply, it was the most immersing and enjoyable game I played in 2007.

Why doesn't my PS3 look that crappy on my LCD?

Stonin

For the same two reasons that neither console looks as good as they do in real life in those shots; Motion, compressed pictures.

Regardless though it is pretty obvious that the 360 has the better graphics no matter how small the difference. You can dress this up any way you want but, for people who care, this is ownage when you consider the laughable claims Sony made.

I don't really care which has slightly better graphics than the other, honestly. It's just that none of these comparisons represent what I see on my screen. I mean, they look dull, blurry, washed out and they don't actually look like that.

I would agree that most multi platform games do look better on the 360 but the differences were tiny. If anything, the biggest difference I found in graphics were with Oblivion and in that case, it looks way sharper on the PS3.
