@letsgame82: @blastobutter: I don't know anyone who can truthfully know what a person or company is really thinking. So I think that unless someone can read minds or has documentation, most of the ideas that anyone comes up with about either sides motives for doing something is just hearsay.

Cross platform play? Absolutely! Then all of those fanboys and smack talkers from either system can bring it to the game floor and put their skills where their talk is! I would even love to see brackets set up for teams against teams or system against system with particular games, like they do with sports competitions, along with coverage and fan support.

This movie looks like something I would find in the bargain bin.
