You got reading comprhension problems? I said fairness is of no concern, not that it doesn't exist as some niche ideology. moneymatterz
that page isn't about an ideology, it's about the theorizing over equity (read: fairness) in economics; and you very much said it was of no concern in a discussion of economics...so I dunno, something seems off there, doesn't it?
unless you're saying the normative aspects of economics shouldn't be of concern in a thread dealing primarily with the phrase "fair share", in which case I can't agree and that'd be one very weird position to have
also:"Fairness" in economics is only revelevant [sic] in the context of political implications"
well, since economics deals, among other things, with how we distribute goods and services and politics in part deals with how we decide we should be distributing those, that seems fairly relevant to both areas of study
This isn't hard a hard notion: social sciences often overlap.
[QUOTE="moneymatterz"]"Fairness" is of no concern in a discussion of economics, so this thread is flawed from the get-go.moneymatterz

Wow...congratulations on discovering the most niche economic thought (not that you know what its implications). Still doesn't change the fact that "fairness" is economics is of no concern in a discussion of economics. "Fairness" in economics is only revelevant in the context of political implications.
you know when I am shown to be wrong I just admit it and move on why can't you?
