@daz10x They often are better. The times when they aren't are usually games from small indies or games that are held back due to coinciding console releases. Hopefully with the new console generation PC graphics won't have to be held back as much. That or companies will actually make improved PC versions over their console counterparts.
Shame. All the reviews gave it glowing praise. I was considering switching to Windows 8 for a while now and this was going to push me over the fence until I saw that it had been unlisted. Yea, not going to bother upgrading now.
I hate this attitude people are developing. Microtransactions are worst in multiplayer competitive games where it can become pay to win, but they are still a terrible idea in singleplayer games where pay to win isn't an issue. The problem is that the whole reason devs implement microtransactions is to make money. As a result, they will be extremely tempted to compromise the natural progression of the game by implementing unnecessary ways to slow down your progress. This means that you'll be encouraged to pay so you can speed things up back to the way it should have been in the first place...
*Maybe* some devs can add microtransactions without compromising the integrity of the game, but most won't. It's better to not let this creep into our games in the first place.
@bunchanumbers @Joeguy00 What are you talking about? You know Gamespot used to use a "100 scale" (they had decimals). It was pointless so they went to half points. It's too hard to really say if a game is an 83 vs an 82 and especially by a single reviewer... It's unnecessary.
@marioman50 Also it's pretty stupid people are so shallow that they think a higher number instantly means a game is better. It's just a fucking number! The games aren't even in the same genre. How can you just compare them on such a basic scale? Scores are just a basic guideline...

@Paul9Rhymes That sounds like a terrible idea =P You know how much flak he would get? Not to mention these days that kind of thing could be seen as a threat. At least in the Police State of America where people get arrested and thrown in prison for many months over BM in LoL and RuneScape.
@Whisperblue @Armyboy5 I don't have any framerate issues and no major bugs as far as performance goes. The only bugs I've had revolve around horrendous AI not understanding capture points. Framerate is nice and smooth though on max settings. I think it must be system specific (maybe graphic card specific optimization) and I just got lucky if many other people are actually having problems. That, or you got unlucky
