PS+ is very good, and a better deal than Gold. An M$ representative, by the name of Brian, tried to tell me over the phone that Plus wasn't as good as Gold when I was cancelling my Gold membership. He said that for the PS4, you have to pay for online....which is what you do on Xbox consoles. He said that about the PS4 as a negative, that you have to pay for online.
That is what he said.
Anyways, sure, there are some connectivity issues that come along with a console's launch, but that happens. Heck, it happened with the Wii U, and we got over it. For me, everything is great on PSN.
Hell, I'm all for this. New blood is starting to pump into the stagnant pool of the current industry. Maybe it'll make an impact, maybe not, but it's a sign that there is new interest.
Rockstar, if you are here reading these, may I offer my two cents?
There would be no better place for the next GTA than my hometown area of El Paso, TX. It's desert, mountains, a sprawling suburban area, downtown, hilly areas, an army base, and many smaller towns around us, the bigger one being Las Cruces. There is also a national park. And let's not forget the latino influence and history a western town would have.
For the criminal element, we have that in spades. I said El Paso area, because I'd like a somewhat repeat of RDR - bring in Mexico. And the city right across the border is one of the worst cities in Mexico, because of the drug trade - Juarez. That city was under martial law for a while, and gang attacks happened daily. There was even one idiot taking potshots at US cars on the freeway that ran along the border.
Full on damage control mode for Gamespot. Their mistake for letting a non-gamer review it And when people voiced their opinions, GS made themselves look "smart" by using the worst comments by idiots who don't know how to carry themselves. I applaud thee for only putting more fuel on the fires. You can pat yourself on the back and say "we sure showed them because we are more intelligent than each and every one of them", but it's not over for a few of these people.
As for the review itself...
EVERYBODY in GTA is a damn satire. Getting angry over this games portrayal of its characters is the same as getting angry over the portrayal of the characters within an issue of MAD Magazine.
Remember: this review is by someone who gave Luigi's Mansion a bad score because it was "too hard".

The whole game is satire. That's what Rockstar does. Getting mad at their games for their content is like getting mad at MAD magazine. Granted, there are legitimate things to get mad at, like the Hot Coffee scandal. No one can take away from that, but seriously? I mean, have you even seen the "TV" shows in the game? Impotent Rage? Satire everywhere. They are calling everybody stupid.
YES! Sony, you have my money! You just made me happy. Going to go and make sure my reservations for Battlefield 4 and Watchdogs will be switched over to the PS4 versions!
