Downloaed it, and running it pretty well at near max settings. Hasn't been too hard yet, Though I'm not really enjoying the game all that much so far. Interface is pretty horrid, and since the spells are in some strange ingame language, I never remember which one does what. XD And wish potions could be used during combat. Also stuck fairly early on trying to find a way through the streets of a rebel castle at the start to find some temple passage way. The meditation thing is a tad strange. XD Maybe I should have got Fable 3 instead, but it might grow on me.

I am thinking about snagging the Witcher 2 on Steam. Seems like a pretty interesting, more adult audienced RPG that I can throw alot of hours into. But I am seeing alot of reports/reviews saying the difficulty is very hard, or straight up brutal. Just not into getting a game I may not be able to complete, and replay. I'm sure it's not as bad as it sounds, but wanted player confirmation on this. Iv'e kinda stayed away from games like Dark Souls, ect for that reason.

Finally have a budget gaming rig for the first time in around 10 years. Last one had a Radeon 9800pro. Moved to consoles when the fan died.

Current specs:

3 - 3.3GHz Core I5 (2nd gen)

8GB DDR3 Ram

1TB Seagate Baracuda HDD - Win7-x64

Asus Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5. (Best available for a 300w power supply.)

Runs Skyrim, GTA 4, Portal 2, Far Cry 2, Team Fortress 2, and all the other games I currently have at max settings at 1280x800 at 50-60fps. Would I be able to run TW2 well enough?

Thanks for any info and stuffs. :D

I'm somewhat new to the RTS scene, but have played C&C Generals, Age of Mythology, ect. Looking for something different. Not just about the battles, but about growing and evolving your civilization as well.

If you have played the civilization portion of Spore, you have a faint idea of what I am looking for. Something where you pretty much start a civilization from scratch, build up technologies, go through different ages, such as Medival/colonial/industrial, ect, and eventually dominate/buy other civilizations, and eventually control the world.Something I'd really get addicted to. Civilization 5 looked promising, but was disapointed to find that it was turn based, and had a limited movement/grid system. Bleh. XD

Anyone have some suggestions? :D

Iv'e gotten to a point in the game to where I am fighting riot shield guards, and am forced to use this "Areal attack". Tried the button combo again and again.... and again. Nothing. Just cape stuns. XD Tried googling how to really do it, but no info other than some riddler challenge. So I am stuck running around these cowards like a headless chicken. Can anyone tell me how to REALLY do the move? O X X, as mentioned, does nothing but a cape stun. Had no other option but to come here. lol Any assistance would be greatly appriciated. :D

Strange. Never heard of a PS3 recognizing NTFS. I'd say back up as much of your stuff as you can to DvDs, flash drives, ect, and go FAT32. For taking your data wherever you go, it's the better choice. As you may know, NTFS is pretty much Windows spacific. Whereas FAT32 runs on DOS, Linux, consoles, ect.

Though you may be able to add a seperate FAT32 partition and copy some things to that. Havn't worked on modern PCs too much, mainly fixed dinosaurs.

But the power of google should help. :D

Good luck. :D

Is there a tutorial/practice mode similar to BF1943? Or a lan environment where you can freely try out the weapons and vehicles? Usually during actual matches, I get to try and feel things out for all of 2 seconds before getting blown into tiny chunks of man sauce, and that's if I'm lucky. lol XD Don't get to really enjoy simply blowing things up, getting used to controls and such.

I'd also like to add that I would have posted on the ModNation forums, but sign in is linked with PSN. So no go.

Had the demo for a while, and finally decided to pick up the full version of the game. After each creation save, the demo said that "By popular demand, your Modnation Racers creations can be imported into the full version of the game in a future update." I know this game is a tad old by now, and others have done so successfull. It's supposed to ask you if you want to import from the demo after you install the full version. It diddn't do so for me. My demo, and creation data are on the hard drive. Perhaps it has something to do with PSN's outage. Though really that makes no sense since the creation data is right there on my hard drive. But who knows. I have a track I can't replace, and essential kart parts such as a lowered suspention that are impossible to earn in the full game.

Any help would be greatly appriciated. :D
