She's not too good with PC knowledge, so she had a ton of Automatic startup programs that I either disabled or put on manual. Plus she's running an Intel integrated graphics set, so I went into her properties, and created a memory footprint for her, and also enabled a 3D setting. Basically, it's like all PC games. Close all programs you do not need that are eating processor time. Best way is to go into the control panel, and look at the "Services" selection. You'll find a list of all of the things which are kicked off by your PC which you may not even know are automatic. If that fails (which it often does, b/c other programs force the issue), you'll have to track down what programs are kicking off the "junk" you don't need, and figure out how to disable them. I've gone as far as editing the registry for some of the MS stuff (they bury some of their communication programs pretty deep, IMO).OK. Thanks for the feedback.
When you say tweaked, how did you tweak it?
