Got the game this week and have thoroughly enjoyed questing about Kingsmouth. However, my inventory is starting to get full and I've yet to find a place to buy or sell items? Is there a place in Kingsmouth to buy or sell?

I'm in the market to get a 360 with a much bigger hard drive than my current six-year old system. Will I be able to use my GamerTag on the new system and will I be able to move my save files and DLC to the new system? I have searched various message boards, but, as of yet, have not found satisfactory answers. Any help or insight regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
