I can't comment or post anywhere it seems but here. Apparently, I've had an account here since 2003 but it doesn't ever seem to rise. It says that I can't post till I'm at least level 3 and that I can only raise my level be being active on the website. So would someone tell me how in the freakin hell I'm supposed to be active if I can't post?
