@crazeon I think this comment may refer to Square's attempt on Final Fantasy VIII. It was not very popular to the general audience because it was such a stark contrast to the older games (fantasy worlds filled with magic and odd monsters).
This game has been long in the making, but it looks like the old Square may be back. The story line looks very interesting and the gameplay looks polished.
I think every time a re-hashed game comes out, I will reference FarCry 3 by saying, "Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity?" . Maybe one day, the developers will realize what is meant by this and make something new instead of expecting the same old crap to wow the audience.
tl;dr: this game is complete crap - good thing it's free.
I think it's really funny that it's required to be on the internet to play a game you purchased in a store. If MS servers go down or they have maintenance day, I am going to sit back and laugh at the complaining while I play my games offline.
@valknight @Speranza318 6 gigs is plenty to run a high quality computer and it's the cheapest part of the computer as mentioned below. I've had my PC almost 6 years - only thing I recently upgraded was my video card which was $300. That will easily last me another 6+ years to run games unless I want the newest small tweak or that extra 5 fps, 5% less power consumption, and 5 degrees cooler when a new card comes out. Most console games run 30 fps, games are programmed to run at 30fps, and look horrible when compared to PC in almost every aspect. But you do pay for what you get.
@Hurricane66 I never mentioned anything about their business hurting. I am referring to their business model that punishes the customers by placing restrictions on their products.
