You're not alone. I emailed Activision last night at they told me to make sure all of the ports are open and I'm not behind a fire wall. It was fine on the 28th Feb and now since 1st March I can't join any games? Fair enough if it was just me having problems then fine but there's quite a few people on here and COD forums having this exact same problem. So it's obviously something to do with Activision/Treyarch! Just hope they get it sorted soon.
Okay a real answer to your question. I've been having the same problem, I can play wager matches and sometimes barebones but thats it. You might have better luck on callofduty.com forums. I've got the same ports open and still no luck AND it's only been since this stupid update!
Loved Heavey Rain, saw a trailer for it when I was in NYC and bought it as soon as it came out because I couldn't wait the 3 days when it came out in the UK. Didn't know the DLC was being release this quickly, need to have a look for it.
Probably all the Canadiens going on-line to celebrate thats done it. Either that or it's that Y2K bug 10 years late :P Anyway, playstation.com is up and running again but can't find any info about this. :(
I'm also having this problem. It sucks, got to give M$ their dues at least when Live is down you can still play your games. Hope they solve this problem soon.
I'm not really into games with dragons but since it was made by Bioware it HAD to be good. I got it for x-mas and played it non-stop for a month, it's brilliant. The game world is pretty big too so you will be playing it for a while if your doing the side quests (better to do the side quest first since you can't play them after the final mission) and the main story. I say give it a go, you wont regret it!
If it was me I would send it back for the black one with the warrenty. Never know they might give you a freebie becase the sent the wrong console back :)
Probably is fake. I doubt Bungie would take the risk with "Murder Mode", they'll end up with people complaining about the use of the word murder, then that guy from Florida will start wetting himself because it'll just prove his point about games. Not worth it me thinks but hey you never know.
