@Dieknochenblume I can't speak for anything that happened before I joined the company, which is roughly 4 months ago, I can speak for the problem at hand. It'll get better, I know this because of comments like this, from members of the community that want to see it improve. Thank you.

@hampton2003 We want to focus on improving the conversation on the site by making easier for 'good' commenters to have a discussion within the community. If someone wants to try to disrupt that we will remove them. The approach is that simple. Thank you for the feedback, hope to see you around the community.
@Jimn_tonic In past experience, (I was a Senior CM at IGN and Direct2Drive) people will find outrage in almost anything. We hope this works in helping people cool down when they lose themselves in their passion for the culture. Thanks for the input, you might like our multiple review column in the new GameSpot.
