@Dieknochenblume I can't speak for anything that happened before I joined the company, which is roughly 4 months ago, I can speak for the problem at hand. It'll get better, I know this because of comments like this, from members of the community that want to see it improve. Thank you.

@hampton2003 We want to focus on improving the conversation on the site by making easier for 'good' commenters to have a discussion within the community. @Jimn_tonic In past experience, (I was a Senior CM at IGN and Direct2Drive) people will find outrage in almost anything.
