Lite has the GBA slot. i prefer the Lite to the DSi any day just because of that feature.

anyway to OP, get a DS if you're interested in good portable gaming. there's plenty of games besides pokemon to jump into, though pokemon is a huge selling point. i think it's worth it.

Yeah I also started FF12 two weeks ago to get me more hyped for FF13 and wow FF12 kicked my butt a few times. How are you enjoying the battle system? I think it's great. A nice change from most RPG's. The only thing I hate is the license board. In order to use a certain weapon or armor you need a license for it:(

Loving the game so far. I'm about 5 hours in and the battle system is pretty awesome, well except the first couple of hours that is. I don't mind the game not having towns and being linear. The faster I can finish this game the better, as I've got many games to catch up on. But that doesn't mean I'm going to rush with this game. The linear design and mini map makes exploring less overwhelming. I actually like the changes they've made. Potions now heal your whole party and after each battle your hp is back to normal. The only thing is that I got it for the 360 instead of the PS3:o and it just doesn't feel right. Might use the gaming guarantee at EB Games and get it for the PS3 instead. Plus the compressed quality of the FMV's make me sad:(

I haven't had problems until yesterday and had some connection issues. But other than that, this game is amazing.

It would be flawless if it was backlit instead of sidelit. The Samsung LEDs have serious lighting and picture issues, but the layperson typically won't notice.

Okay first off no matter what, your LED/LCD tv in SD will never look as good as a CRT tv. For proper HD you need to use HDMI cables or component ones for your PS3. Trust me after that you'll see a big difference.
