That idea could work, when making a blog you could have a checklist at the bottom with the sites you would want it displayed on.

I personally just make my blog with thoughts to the other CNET sites (incuding stuff about my TV.com, MovieTome ect.)

-Phaz-

That would be a perfect solution Phaz.
I think I would like the option to make one private and leave the others public also but I think your idea would be much simpler. Excelent sugestion.

~edit~

Update on this.

I had not tried it on MP3.com so I gave it a shot and you CAN set your profile to private there without it changing the other sites so this can be done. I tried it on MovieTome ad TV.com previously and it also set GameSpot to private. Apparently MP3.com is separate somehow but the blogs still update to all 4 boards.

We need a way to block our blogs from being viewed on TV.com, MovieTome.com and MP3.com while still allowing them to be viewed on GameSpot. Currently this cannot be done.

It's silly and boarding on embarrassing to have my blogs that are almost always about gamming displayed on those sites when they have been posted them here with the intention of other gamers reading them. Seriously, what purpose does it serve to have comments on R6V displayed on TV.com making it look like I posted it in the wrong place?

I'm willing to bet that a majority of GameSpot members don't even know that their blogs are posted on those other sites automatically.

~edit~ I fixed the title, it seemed a little over the top without the "Cnet" in it. ;)

I know I'm late chiming in on this but I just got to the forums. I agree with everyone that better image quality would have had me on the hook for a few seconds longer.

I thought the Wii Fit cheats was GREAT! I got a good giggle out of that one.

Right!
I had just come here to post about this but you guys are too quick. ;)

Well it took a while but thanks very much. I was making a blog entry and went to add a link from my collection and whala! I must say, after so long I was very pleased.

Also, thanks Drac and shaunmc (in the other thread) for keeping an eye on this and filtering out the posts about other unrelated problems. 8)

~does happy dance~
Cheers.

No One lives Forever: The Operative
That one came out in 2000 and it rocked.

Tomb Raider 2 and xxx both pre 2000

~edit~ you know what, scratch Tomb Raider 3, I just looked at the review and I did not remember that was the one that was wicked hard.

Out of my collection it would probably be L.A. Rush for PC
It was not rated by GameSpot but got a Critics score of 4.3
It faired better on the PS2 here on GameSpot with a 6.3

I'm sure there are others in the kids PS2 collection that I have played a lot.
They have some serious gym socks in their game collection that are still fun.

I have noticed that some people's latest addition page has not been affected by this glitch, or is it just slowly coming back for certain users?mark1982

No, I noted in the second edit of my original post that some users are not affected but the majority are. I check this often and at first I though it had something to do with users not having a blog. However some users with no blogs are still affected while I have yet to find an unaffected user with a blog, if that makes any sense.

I just clicked on your profile and everything looks fine.
Favorite new and old DVD's blog shows up.

Latest additions and rated games not showing known bugs, ~edit I see you found the rated games thread. The rest of your games sections look fine as well.

Try it again and if the problem persists you might want to try clearing your cache.

Put another check in the it's a great idea category.

If you don't mind dated graphics and want a ton of games to choose from it's great. God of War 1 and 2 and MGS games alone almost make it worth it. With 1400 + titles your bound to find plenty of games you like to keep you busy for quite some time.

I say dated graphics because they look pretty good on a standard TV but get kind of sketchy on a bigger new HD set. Obviously one of the "next gen" systems look better but if you can get past that some of the games are truly amazing.

If you cant afford a the cost of a new system and games at 50 - 60 bucks a pop it's a great way to get your gaming fix. $250 will get you set up with the console, save card and three or four games. More if you buy used. Make no mistake, your going to want a new system just as much if not more after you start getting into the massive pile of titles but a PS2 should tied you over for a little while.

pashmina626 and I both reported this on February 24th
http://www.gamespot.com/pages/forums/show_msgs.php?topic_id=26255130

Dracula68 and shaunmc (both admin's) said that the bug had reported.
We have not received any further information on the problem.
