You wanna talk about fat useless guys. Look at eddie curry of the knicks thats a useless out of shape big man. How about shaq then. Shaq is huge but in shape. Id dare you to tell Big Papi David Ortiz that he is a fat out of shape slob. Guys like him and Ryan Howard are big but strong beasts and Ryan is in great shape.

Btw if you check various financial sources Baseball revenue and attendance is only second to the NFL.

in terms of revenue and popularity of the US big four it goes as such

1. NFL

2. MLB

3. NBA

4. NHL

Baseball is so unpopular with its record breaking profits this decade and new ballparks and 162 game season with fans showing up more than at basketball or hockey games =/. I mean given the capacity of indoor arenas and the so called higher popularity of those sports, why does baseball sell out more often even with teams that dont always win.

You two, Andrew andAlphaGamer469, are ignorant and oblivious to actual numbers. Now hit me with some factual numbers to prove what you have been saying and a good rebuttal. And trust me, if you ask me for numbers I will shut you down real quick with figures. Sports fans know how well baseball is doing in this country, even in the midst of a recession.

Btw if baseball players are so out of shape, explain to me O-lineman and D-lineman in the NFL. How about a good number of power forwards or centers in Basketball. Trust me the majority of baseball players are in great shape and are very very physical. Each sport has its dudes that look kinda big. But being big does not mean you cannot be in good shape.

Dont be mad because a sport you dislike is so damn popular and pays its athletes the best. Too bad noone gives a flying fudge about hockey in this country on average. I do enjoy to play the game though =P
