The ultimate irony in this whole thing is that these games were awesome when they were 19.99 last gen. Jump in price, dip in quality............FAIL.

Thats a bit of a generalization, a lot more people play baseball games than you would think, MLB games aren't the most attractive games to the SW population.

MLB The Showmight get a 4.0 or lower.

Right Stick does not work while not feeling like i'm batting/pitching. But i'm getting used to the batting even though it seems unesscnary but the pitching is confusing.

Just like NBA 2K the game looks weak on SDTV while the show looks great.

But despite all that, 2K9 is better than past efforts so 4.5 is really to low.

I prefer the gameplay of NBA, NHL and FIFA games, because atleast there is some action going on.

Its good to be a PS3 owner because if you only own a 360, you can't purchase a good let alone playable baseball game, and I really feel bad for 360 owners they deserve better. PS3 PSP PS2 owners should feel very grateful.
