You have to break that center pin out and use a torx screwdriver. It is a certain type of pattern and you should be able to get it at like radio shack. but to get the center pin off just use a power drill with a small bit and put it next to the pin and then turn it on, it should pop off.

If you have the arcade model then you can't play any original xbox games on the 360 because the original xbox had an internal hard drive. You need to have a hard drive on the 360 to play any xbox original games.
I'd say it is not worth it. Mine just sits around. There's just not enough games that I want to play on it. I play my 360 a lot more. It is nice for the blu ray player but other than that, unless you have that much extra money to spend then don't buy it
