I'm liking the gameplay far more than the story. Story is not bad but told in a way that is a bit frustrating to me. It's constantly being narrated because the protagonist is telling the story to someone that has read dime novels about the west. The narrartion often overlaps even the action and the game will often freeze and loose color while Silas says, "No, that's not how it happened", after this guy he's talking to tells him the version he read in the books. So it's a weird mix of playing through one version of a section, then rewinding and playing it as Silas tells it. Sometimes you even play a mock version Silas was originally thinking of, then the choice he actually made. It comes off as a bit convoluted and strange.

It's called unreliable narrator and it's very fresh and cool for a shooter. You keep figuring out wheather he's telling the truth of lies.
