I'm not saying this game deserves a 10/10 (because I haven't played it yet).

But out of curiosity and after seeing the IGN review, I have to ask; what classifies as a 10/10 here?

No disrespect intended to Carolyn, but after her Need for Speed Most Wanted Review stating that the game has sharp controls, I find it hard to tell if this is an accurate score.

I would much rather have preferred Martin or Eddie writing the review for this game.

Yea, that is true, and a real shame really. R* should just release the online component to force people online, that way there will be no piracy for this game on PCs. Better than nothing, right?
