@CrimsonSheep @SevenStyx i am a hardcore fan...one thing i missed about demon's souls that wasn't in dark, was the hub with the 7 or 8 people clustered there to help you out, that was kind of like a village. a merchant here or there in the middle of nowhere, doesn't make sense. there needs to be a handful of people of people wherever there's a merchant, even if its like 4 - 7 people in that "village" unless it's a travelling merchant like the ones in fallout. gta just adds a lot of things to explore and do, and not in a bad way. it just increases the rpg element
Up until GTA V came this was my fav game for a long time, but I gotta say for a sandbox type of game they need to take pointers from GTA V. The game's combat is already amazing, but they have to innovate, and do it in all directions possible, and GTA V albeit in a different setting, does a lot of things amazingly that can be applied to a sandbox game. If Dark Souls even had a bit of a village with a few shops similar to the appropriate atmosphere created by GTA V...I'd be pretty happy. Dark Souls core is about the combat and atmosphere, not necessarily the vague undead story they keep telling...I think it'd be refreshing to tell a different story entirely.
this game is too fun...keep discovering stuff that amuses the hell outta me...I'm almost thankful they don't make this game every year, cuz i'd never get any work done. these dudes are so damn clever
