I think Skyrim will win but what i have heard from batman and uncharted 3 they have a really good shot a winning. Dark Souls is a good game but it feels limited, i don't get that open world feeling when playing it but the combat system is really amazing something i wish skyrim had, The boss battles are amazing but seem to easy sometimes, most bosses there are certain ways to kill them for example the Tauren boss on the bridge, all you have to do is climb the tower jump off and stab him in the head rinse and repeat and there are some bosses you just have to dodge then attack them while they are recovering (i have over 40 hours on the game so don't tell me i don't know what i'm talking about). Gears of War 3 is a really good game but i don't think it will win GOTY. Overall Skyrim has the best chance IMO, there is so much to do in the game and i don't get that feeling of being stuck in one spot like i do in Dark Souls, Skyrim truly feels like a open world ready to be explored.
