Yeah, i took all your advice and phoned them, and I actually got a refund which suprised me considering its Microsoft were talking about here lol. Thanks for the help.

I recently bought 2000 microsoft points with a debit card and the first time I tried to add the points an error message came up saying 'Xbox can't recieve information from Xbox Live.' Thinking it didn't work I tried again and this time it worked but it added the points from the previous try also. Any suggestions on what I could do to get a refund?
