Odin from FFVII, six legged horse and instant kill ability makes him my personal fav. Yojimbo is bad ass as well but he has a tendency to rip you off.
Definitly Sephiroth's in FF7, where he throws a comet that destroys all the planets in the solar system before even reaching Earth.
