Welcome to being a consumer..bad experiences are going to happen. Thinking that any company is completely perfect is short sighted to begin with. have you tried calling them or talking to any of their support groups? Just randomly complaining in a forum is hilarious and all but seriously if you wanted your troubles fixed with them you wouldn't be posting here since this isn't a gamefly forum lol. :|

A couple posts down this is a statement that they made should you need help:

Look at that..in the same amount of time it takes to complain you can find a path to a resolution. :D
