Its great to have both because they have cross saving for seamless offline play but I 100% recommend you get it for WiiU as well. The online improves the game DRAMATICALLY. It's incredibly well done and it will add hundreds of hours to your play time. If I didn't have online I probably would have played for like 50-60 hours tops - since I've discovered the joys of network play I have logged over 500 hours - maybe more than any game I've ever played (beats my previous bests from Fallout 3 and Dark Souls) and I barely play offline. I totally agree with you how no online with 3DS sucks and you sound like the kind of person that the WiiU version was made for. So yes go out and buy the WiiU version and have fun but be warned - it's infinitely more addictive online! Its the best co op online game I've ever played and the network connection is smooth as hell.

This post was disgusting. Probably one of the most vile I have ever read. I am a person of color and I loved this game. Thought it represented African Americans in a very respectful fashion simply because it did not stereotype any characters - regardless of their color. Almost everyone was a three dimensional character. I don't understand what point you were trying to make here? You are like the Al Sharpton of gamespot dude. You need to get out of our own way. I don't even believe you played this game. You struggle through tons of vile disgusting "WHITE" men and women and the first people you encounter with any shred of humanity, dignity and character are two BLACK individuals. You can get defensive or pick apart my words but those are indisputable facts I'm sorry to say. If this was some sort of a troll topic then congrats because you created a new low on gamespot forums - using racism to troll. And if you truly feel that way then you need to re examine what your part is in racism and learn some self accountability - stop blaming things you have no control over and start thinking about positive ways you can contribute to society. Coming on a videogame forum and "crying wolf" is a stupid way to open up dialogue on racial tensions. It's a baseless jump and sweeping generalization that you supported with zero facts. I just feel bad for you man because you make us all look bad as a whole. It's hypocritical to say "if you're not a person of color then you don't understand" when you yourself have no idea what the person you are responding to has gone through in their life. It's just incredibly presumptuous! The fact that you failed to recognize that, refuse to budge on that point of contention and need to browbeat that petty resentment (the resentment being poor representation of people of color in a videogame) shows how poorly constructed your intention was and ultimately makes you the perpetrator of the problem and everyone who responds to you a victim of your close minded world view.

Help please. When I dig for fossils I notice that alot of times I find these totem pole looking statues in the ground. I have just been keeping them inside my house but they are taking up alot of room. Should I sell them or do they serve some sort of special purpose? Basically..are they important - maybe I will collect them - or should I sell them (maybe they're valuable) ? Also where I can I find my friend code?

Just watched it. Looks incredible! Haven't really seen anything on Shadowfall yet till now. I love everything about this game now and I am very intrigued on everything from the look to the story premise to the gameplay. I think its actually gonna be a killer app (and I'm not just saying that to justify my launch day preorder cause I am getting Battlefield and Fifa at launch)

Hello I recently bought fire emblem and I am new to the series. Freaking loving it! It reminds me of my school days playing final fantasy tactics obsessively! So far its my fave 3DS game ever. I am currently on chapter 4 on hard/classic mode. I have a few questions please for experts: 1) any general tips for a noob? I think I have the basics down but so far I team up what I consider to be good teams, keep people clustered as a large group to boost stats and always lead with Frederick. 2) should I just let people die and continue? I'm wary of perms death - I've read that people just reset when losing one companion so I've followed suite and hard reset with one death. Is this considered cheap? 3) can you restock items? Or do u have to let them run out and then use a new set? Might not be describing that correctly sorry! 4) any tips on where/when to grind or have I not reached that yet? 5) I've heard you can produce offspring in this game? Where/when can I do this? 6) should I download the available free weapons I can get through the wireless box or just save them for tougher chapters? They seem valuable... 7) should I download any dlc to help me level up? I've read it's a good idea but I don't wanna pay for it if I don't have to? 8) Can someone tell me what the weapon stats mean if possible? If I have anymore questions ill ask and thank you in advance!

I know I'm a little late cause you already got it but I whole heartedly would recommend getting a PS3 just to experience this game...it's console defining and it will blow your mind. Thank us later man lol. Not to mention the other exclusives. I didn't get. PS3 until the uncharted 3 bundle but Uncharteds, MGS4, Ni No Kuni, Heavy Rain, MLB The Show (I should stop now but I won't!) Demons Souls and Journey are all games I've beat and fully recommend. I would even recommend getting it for TLOU alone. It's worth all the money for the experience IMO

Loving the game so far and can we not agree that while simple this title screen has to be up there with some of the best? Thought Id make a topic and see what other title screens people think are possibly better than this. I think Metal Gear Solid 4 has the greatest modern day title screen ever and Mario 64 has the greatest classic title screen (cause it was so simple yet iconic and you could play with his face) Anyone else think this is a great one and if not that's cool what are your faves???

I find it to (so far) be far better than Bioshock AND I beat Infinite (and loved it) AND I'm only like four hours into this. I assume its only going to get better. I could go into minute details but a) I need to beat it first and b) why write all that s*** out no one wants to read it lol I even thought Bioshock 1 was better than Infinite and so far this is up on that original Bioshock level for me! Honestly it just seems like a once in a generation type game for me so far (one that musters all the creative and technical power of the console before its put out to pasture)
