I've been playing most of what TellTale games have been involved with backwards with the newer games first, so I apologize if I am asking for outdated information, but I really enjoyed "Tales of Monkey Island" and so I am wondering; Does anyone know of any plans to release another Monkey Island game after this?

Haha. I loved "The Legend of Dragoon"! There was something about the combo system and rough boss battles that just stuck with me. Granted I already own a copy from when I was a kid and I'm not sure how rare it is, but I'm not sure it's worth spending $100 just to collect. There has to be a cheaper option; for instance do you have it on the Playstation network in AUS? If you aren't sure it'll hold up to your current gaming experiences I would suggest that if you can THEN explore other options if you MUST have the physical copy.

I like action RPGs, but there are plenty of them out there. In fact the good rehashed versions of the battle planning style of the old school JRPGs is actually becoming harder to find on the home consoles as each generation goes by. Persona has managed to retain an older gamestyle by making it require players to utilize strategy to survive combat instead of simply level grinding. For me Persona 3 and 4 combat was more about developing battle plans on fly (a little like chess) than it was about finding that win all weapon or level. Everything was about discovering strengths and weaknesses, sure leveling gave you an edge, but not much of one.

I liked that type of challenge and it's why I consider Persona a good game. I think that diving into another action RPG set up would be what makes Persona lose it's edge. Sure we still might get a crazy awesome story, but I would miss the paranoia of battle planning. :)

Well, it depends. I was entertained by RE6, but not exactly for the reason I expected. It's more like a movie with button prompts often reminding me of games like heavy rain. Graphics were great and the characters were interesting enough, but it was so linear and removed from the horror genre. Basically it's a story telling game, so if you liked the tension and scare factor play of RE1-4 you might want to rent this one first because it's not going to have that feel.
