I'm not so sure about that, as a huge fan of the old games I really wanted to get this one, but after playing it on PS+ a bit I realised that some of the old "spark" was just missing. Personally it just felt like they slapped on a orange filter and made the same game again, with a few more bugs to boot. Sure I'll get it one day, but I'm glad PS+ made me hold off from a full purchase.

Why is there always such a large disconnect between critics opinions and player's views for a large number of games as of late, especially games full of content? VR has almost zero coverage but it's all I've been playing lately, this game was the top survival game on twitch and still is pretty high compared to its peers.... So strange.

@rbrettj: well on my 120hz monitor I can easily tell the difference between 100 and 120fps if that means anything.

@sladakrobot: you're missing something very vital, this is not a turn based game, its an ARPG so framerate matters since drops mean input lag can be felt.

@wtf_666: Believe it or not but normal FPS games used to make me sick when I was a kid, took me a few weeks of constant effort to cure myself of it and never had it since.

@sapienecks: are you saying that the old films have no value anymore because they are not making use of modern "innovations"? I would disagree.
