Played the open beta. Setting it to extreme difficulty with guided mode off is definitely the way to play it. Will be picking it up on PC Friday with my buddy.
Also what I have gathered from other forums is that the loot in this game is pretty meaningless. Gear scores amount to almost nothing as enemies will be dropped with one shot to the head. So use the weapons you like and wear what looks good.
@Randoggy: I take a dump and then push the cows noses in it, if you came here a little more you would know this. But enjoy taking the blow flies with you :)
