Dreamcast is an older console that holds up extremely well, especially if you get the VGA adapter. For $25 you can't go wrong. Lots of interesting games on the console, lots of excellent 2d fighters--heck, $25 is worth is just for Powerstone and the shenmue games alone. My advice when buying a used one is to see if you can test out the controller your getting. The Dreamcast controller was similar to the n64 pad in the sense that it's functionality greatly depends on how well the prior owners took care/played the console, only with DC it isn't just the analog stick but also the L/R triggers. There's also Bleamcast...Heirren
That`s 25$ for a new one.

Does the VGA cable improve picture quality?I ussualy play old gen games on my old TV,aren`t DC games running in 480p?

I found a shop close to me that sells retro consoles and games so I thought about buying a Dreamcast for 25$ with my leftover money from christmas.

How many good games are there and how hard is it to find them?Or is it better to buy a Saturn wich is 10$ less?

Don't cheap out on PSU as if they crap out, they'll damage the whole system. If you don't use any GPU,the one you already had will be fineMonsieurX
I currently have Radeon HD 6770.Is 500W PSU good for that?

I am currently updating my CPU toAMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition, which is arriving this weekend along with my new motherboard. My problem is that I have a mATX case and 300W PSU,whenever I looked all PSU`s seem to have ATX in their name.Do I need to find a special one for mATX or those ATX ones will do?

Also,is PSU price very important? The cheapest one at my local shop is 24$ and the most expensive one is 90$.
