@hrt_rulz01: Xbox doesn't have "better multiplats" when the core group of people playing them don't and won't own the high-end version of the console. Sorry, but it's too late in the game to change that perception. For vanilla users, PS4 wins in multiplats and that's what continues to matter.

I had no problem finding Switch yesterday, I must say. But, as has been said, doesn't mean much without knowing the supply. I will say that it wouldn't surprise me if people held off because there was no sale.
And that PS4 deal is pretty good.
I'll probably buy it anyway, but I do think there's something off about the whole project. Their marketing is really off-putting; they practically beg you to buy it. And yet, they still haven't been very transparent about the game's price, haven't done a lot of mainstream press and are claiming translation issues for the delay but ... really? Wouldn't that have come up sooner? Just weird.
The Advance Wars-inspired indie was supposed to come out in a matter of hours. It's even on a bunch of "Out this week" lists. But, just got an email saying it's delayed to December 21--and even then they don't sound sure it'll be ready then.
Has this happened before with any other games? How utterly bizarre to delay a game with so little notice.
I would agree that it doesn't feel like Super Mario 64; I don't know if I'd agree it didn't deserve the 10 anyway. I can't really think of what I'd have them do differently, judging the game for what it is. What it aimed to do it did extraordinarily well, and that's all you can really expect from a game.
@MirkoS77: You're not wrong, I just don't think it's a huge deal in the case of Odyssey. The more I played the game the less I cared about not having the full move-set on-the-go because I hardly ever used those moves anyway. They felt very extra.
But yeah, in general I don't want to have to deal with motion controls in handheld mode. I've never even found them useful or enjoyable in 3DS games.
EDIT: Re: 3DS motion controls, except in Zelda. For whatever reason, I didn't mind aiming my bow with the motion controls.
@nintendoboy16: Uh, they already announced a Tales game for Switch--a long time ago. It was when Nintendo just unveiled the console and was itching to name-drop without showing anything. So that's one of the three.
