While I'm only guessing here I also think that maybe the whole glasses free 3D and using Gyroscopes and all of the other features the 3DS has it's more expensive to create games so it's not as easy to experiment with new titles using these features. Hence 3rd party support on the 3DS is pretty bare in quality titles.

@sodiumpentathol True. Infinity Blade alone has better graphics than many games on Vita, 3ds, and other mobile games.
