With Judgement coming out this week, I got to thinking about Gears and remembered how god awful Gears 2's multiplayer/horde mode was. The ideas were awesome but the amount of glitches was absolutely unacceptable, not to mention the terrible lag. I would never buy another game from Epic after playing this POS. It deserved to get blasted by game critics but instead got 9's. Gamespot should be ashamed of themselves. I don't trust them anymore. Praising garbage like this game will eventually drive people away from gaming. It did me at least. FU Epic and FU Gamespot for lying to us!

There's always one douche who has to get all personal and resorts to unprovoked name calling. Couldn't you have just said the last sentence and left it at that? No Horde mode? I'll be skipping this then. And so will the rest of my buddies cuz that's all we play in Gears. I swear, game developers have the worst marketing sense. "Let's take out the most popular parts of the game!". Oh well, glad I read your post before buying. Thanks!

So in military games, everyone agrees the noob tube is cheap as it's an area effect and you don't need aim to get kills. The inks in gears 2 have a massive area stun which 99% of the time results in death. Explain to me how that's different? 

Ink stun completely ruins this game. And yes, I know I could just use it too. But I prefer skill based games instead of a race to see who can get the cheap weapon first. **** you Epic for ruining an otherwise fun game.
