Why dosen't it? Its has people that we in the the other countries don't really know about. It actually gave us new fighters to meet and lrean about. In MvC3, we know all of them, so it feels nice. But with Tatsunoko though, we got a new experiance mixed with Rival School ideas.

I don't know why it doesn't, it's a very good fightereven though it's on thewii (not saying it's good for a wii game, but it's great compared to other fighters attempted on the wii, I think it compares to fighters on the PS3 and 360)
It's just that Tatsunoko isn't known well in other parts of the world and the general public is scared of that fact.
Then we need to see more of Tatsunoko here. Wouldn't mind the variety that it will bring, or all the new heros and adventures that it brings.

Since the 3DS can do SSF4 with everything added, why not Tatsunoko Vs Capcom? It would be an awsome fighting game for the go, and they can add all the stuff like Street Pass to it. So why not?
