[QUOTE="Soulreavercross"]I was going digitally, but decided not too because the game will be tied to the system and I will spending a lot of time and effort into the game. If something were to happen to my console, I would lose everything.ANIMEguy10034This. I would hate to loose all my gameplay hours if something happens to my 3DS. Another reason why I don't want to download is because once XY's successor comes out (probably next year), I'll no longer play Y. I'd rather put it on a shelf than have it waste SD card space. The digital and physical copies are the same and I haven't heard anything about the digital version having local wireless issues. It all depends on your preferences. If you want it digital, go digital. Right. I'm tempted to go digital myself, but I think I'll wait for this gen's definitive Pokémon game. Hopefully Nintendo will have implemented a unified account system by then.

It would definitely be cool to see a modern Ogre Battle game. I'd really like to see what kind of tweaks they'd make to the formula.
You're pretty much in the stance and I am. I really loved the refreshing mechanics on SS and the game was great, even despite the slow start and excessive tutorials. Some dungeons are especially awesome and the amount of ideas there and how they complement each other works excellent. It is a hard call but TP is also my favorite. I just would like a remake using SS controls...enrique_marrodz
Now that you mention it, I would way rather have an HD Twilight Princess with Skyward Sword's controls than Wind Waker HD.
[QUOTE="TheBlackKnight3"]No no, my point is that IF they die, I'm forced to reset anyway, so therefore my other characters who died would be bought back to life. To elaborate: I lost Lissa in one of the battles. Very sad. But then Chrom died, and so I'm forced to reset and Lissa lives. Does that make sense? Its not that I'm annoyed that Chrom and Avatar lived, but that Lissa did too as a result. lol.If Chrom or the Avatar died the whole story would be irrelevant. I don't know what you want from the game.

Eh, I guess it might be cool for hardcore purists if it gave you the option to continue the game with all the deaths intact... but then it would still have you defeat enemies that are supposed to be dead, so...
I think it comes down to price and portability. If you see yourself taking the system with you a lot I'd recommend the standard 3DS. But yeah, the 2DS doesn't really have any advantages over the 3DS except for it's price, and you can always pick up a used 3DS.
I do not understand why people bring up Nintendo as I do not think it would be interested in buying Atlus' parent company.

I don't think Nintendo would have bought Index, it would have bought Atlus.
