Have people played Marathon? If that game is to be remade it will be anything but like the actual Marathon games.

The game is difficult and the story isn't for idiots (as it's very intellectual); Basically creating the game with the same story would be impossible.

Bungie can certainly remake Marathon games; howerver, it would have to be vastly different than the ones that were created in the past.

I find people saying "it's only $4.00 month very illogical. There is a clear difference between paying a monthly fee for a service, and paying an overall annual fee for a service. Do cellular companies ask for a 400 dollar yearly service plan?

On the matter of Live going free is very unlikely. Microsoft loves money, they will not make Live free for their current generation console. Perhaps a price cut: which would be much appreciated on many accounts.

Anyway, yes tooth paste will work. But be extremely careful and make sure you use a microfiber cloth. This cloth is soft enough to prevent scratches on your disc. There are a few other solutions you can use but unfortunately I cannot remember them at this time. Google it. One key thing to remember is that tooth paste and solutions are used to remove smudges and minor scratches. If this is a deep scracth that is preventing you from playing GTA IV. Then I suggest that you call MS to replace it for a new one. It will cost $25.

Unfortunately, the distribtution of maps is now a decision that is soley made by Microsoft. Microsoft's marketing tactics are very controversial and it seems that the maps will never become free or by some awesome "niceness" Microsoft decides to make them free by the time the next map pack comes out. Which is possibly around October or Novermber.

Anyone who is hoping for the maps to be free (anytime soon) can stop doing so. Their best bet is to purchase the maps for $10.

The problem with buying the maps is that you can't play enough games with them. So how are they worth ten dollars when 1/3 of the games you play are the new maps.

Xbox LIVE being free would be like free healthcare,
