it does for me! how do you explain that? i wanted to make sure one more time , i got my gears of war game outta the console and made my console vertical and got the game in again then i played it for 2 or 3 minutes and it got scratched. anyways its getting scratches on horizontal too :(

Might want to call Microsoft then and get it repaired, sounds like a disk drive problem.

OMG! really ? do they fix driveres problems? and how long it will take to get my console back? the main company is in riyadh and its only 50 miles away.

Well your probably still under warrenty so just call 1-800-4-MYXBOX and they will walk you through it. It usually takes a week or so to get it back but the repair center is in Texas, not sure if they have one up near the headquarters though.
