I think Dishonored has a really good shot, but I also think that XCOM could take it. And there's also Hitman, which the GS guys loved at E3.

Even if it's not in perfect condition, you already have one so there really isn't a reason to get a new one this late in the generation.

Which will be the better assassinating game? Hitman, no contest. Assassin's Creed's assassinations boil down to "sprint towards guy and stab him in the neck and/or face".
