[QUOTE="FeedOnATreeFrog"]Wouldn't you rather play new and unique IP's on your home console? FeedOnATreeFrog
Why can't we have both?
What I mean, if a developer was going to make a game, would you rather that they made it for home consoles or the VITA?For me, it would be PS3 everytime.
It depends on the game. A big cinematic experience like Uncharted or Heavy Rain should be on consoles or PC, but something like Sound Shapes(why they put that on PS3, I'll never understand) or Professor Layton makes way more sense on a handheld.
Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor. Even without all of the horribly implemented Kinect controls that essentially make the game completely broken, the missions are literally about five minutes long.
Probably not. I don't see them building a whole new engine until two or three years down the road when the next-gen consoles have a large enough install base to warrant abandoning the current gen systems.
